When you logged in your dashboard for Carrd, click on "Manage this Site" and go to setting.
Click on Generate QR Code
In this step click on QR Code icon as shown in above image, this will generate QR Code.
Download QR Code
Mouse hover on the Generated QR code, and you can download by clicking Download PNG Button.
